We also hosted, with Local Officials for Clean Water, a reception for pro-environment county officials during the conference.  Snohomish County WA Council Member Dave Somers and Ramsey County MN Commissioner Victoria Reinhardt spoke about the EPA's clean water guidance and the Conservation Leaders Network's efforts to communicate with county officials.
